COVID-19 Preparedness Plan

Details

Masks and gloves will be available for those who need them. The 9:00am service is designed for those who want to worship in a masks required environment. During the 10:30am service masks are optional but will still be worn by staff and volunteers.

Worship will be "family style" with kids sitting with parents throughout the 45 minute service. There will be a "Kids Minute" during service and some activity packets provided by HopeKids.

Hand-sanitizer dispensers (that use sanitizers of greater than 60% alcohol) are at entrances and locations in the church. Instructions on how to use sanitizer will be visible and signs for proper hand washing will be posted in the restrooms.

Social distancing of six feet will be implemented and maintained between staff, volunteers, and visitors in the church through certain administrative controls including floor markers for distance where people may be waiting for access, a one door in/one door out policy where feasible, chairs arranged in the Worship Center for seating 6' apart and seated by a host based on family size, and more.

Cleaning, disinfecting, and ventilation will take place between services at the oversight of staff and maintenance and cleaning crew who have been trained on protocol.

Staff and volunteers have been informed of and encouraged to self-monitor for signs and symptoms of COVID-19. If you believe you are experiencing symptoms we encourage you to worship with us through Facebook and other online platforms.
